About Me: Your Dedicated Habit-Guide

I became obsessed with habit change when I needed to get from university dropout to PhD (it helps majoring in psychology!).

The psychology tools I developed to overcome my procrastination & other poor study habits didn’t exactly make my PhD easy, but they did make it possible.

And I’ve been helping others with habit change ever since.

Believe it or not, the broad strategies of habit change are the same for all habits. I’ve helped people:

  • lose weight

  • beat emotional eating habits

  • conquer procrastination ( = trouble starting) and perfectionism ( = fancy procrastination = trouble finishing)

  • overcome mental habits of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm (yes, those are all habits, and habits can be changed)

  • quit smoking

  • eliminate chronic pain (yes, chronic pain is perceived in the brain and is another mental habit)

  • resolve PTSD

  • improve sleep quality

  • change limiting beliefs (beliefs are yet another type of mental habit) such as believing we are unworthy of love, abundance, success, ease, etc.
